flyADVANCED has selected the Winchester Regional Airport (OKV) to expand its aircraft maintenance, charter, and aircraft management business. Winchester represents the 5th location where flyADVANCED has operations in the mid-Atlantic region, including a substantial presence in Wilmington, DE, and Philadelphia, PA. In addition to its private aircraft services, flyADVANCED brings credentials as an approved HondaJet service provider and the nation’s largest authorized Cirrus Service Center. It also operates a nonprofit flight training program called flyGATEWAY.

flyADVANCED began a leasehold of 13,300 sq ft of hangar and office space on August 1, 2024. Their immediate focus will be on maintenance operations to develop other lines of business as demand grows. In the next 5 years, flyADVANCED expects to employ 20 aviation maintenance technicians, and an equal number of pilots, and invest $5 million in training, infrastructure, and capital investment.
