Location: Lancaster Airport (KLNS), Lititz, PA
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $30–$45 per hour, based on experience, with weekly bonuses available

About the Role

The KLNS maintenance team supports a general aviation operation focused on keeping aircraft safe, compliant, and mission-ready. Technicians work collaboratively with other maintenance personnel and operational teams to perform high-quality maintenance on customer and transient aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and approved technical data.

This role is ideal for an Aircraft Maintenance Technician who values hands-on work, strong troubleshooting, and a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and perform maintenance on customer and transient aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and approved technical data

  • Ensure all work during assigned shifts is completed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and company procedures

Aircraft Technician – KOKV

As a Cirrus Authorized Service Center, our KOKV maintenance team focuses primarily on general aviation aircraft with reciprocating engines, with a significant emphasis on Cirrus Aircraft maintenance and support

This role is hands-on and maintenance-driven, ideal for technicians who enjoy GA work, owner-flown aircraft, and in-depth mechanical troubleshooting rather than heavy turbine or airline-style environments.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on customer-owned and transient general aviation aircraft, with the majority of work involving reciprocating engine platforms
  • Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer technical data
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, avionics, and systems discrepancies
  • Remove, install, rig, and operationally check aircraft components and systems as required
  • Accurately complete maintenance documentation, logbook entries, and work orders in compliance with FAA and company standards
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance outcomes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
  • Support AOG and priority maintenance needs as required
  • Represent the company professionally when interacting with aircraft owners, pilots, and internal team members

Additional Information

  • Pay Range: $25–$45 per hour, based on experience
  • This position is based at our KOKV facility, which operates as a Cirrus Service Center supporting a high volume of Cirrus aircraft maintenance.
  • Our maintenance team takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality work in a professional GA environment.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate with no violations
  • Strong experience with reciprocating engines; general aviation maintenance experience strongly preferred
  • Prior Cirrus Aircraft experience is highly desirable
  • Comfortable working in a Cirrus Service Center environment with high standards for quality, documentation, and customer service
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply manufacturer maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical data
  • Solid troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, avionics, hydraulic, and aircraft systems

  • Assist with general cleaning and cleaning of debris from ramp, building and customer areas.

  • Operate radios for advisory and non-flight services.

  • Assist with customer service duties as required. Accurately process and record all credit card, check, and cash sales/purchases, which include issuing a receipt.
  • Assist with general cleaning and cleaning of debris and snow removal from ramp, building and customer areas.

Pilatus PC-24 Second-in-Command (SIC)

Pilatus PC-24 First Officer

flyADVANCED is seeking an experienced Pilatus PC-24 First Officer to join our Part 91 flight operation based in New Castle, Delaware.

We are looking for a safety-minded, professional aviator who demonstrates sound judgment, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to operational excellence. While previous Pilatus PC-24 experience is welcomed, it is not required. We are seeking an experienced ATP who will be a strong cultural fit for our flight department and represent flyADVANCED with professionalism both in and out of the cockpit.

Pilots are expected to reside within approximately a two-hour drive of the aircraft base or be willing to relocate prior to their start date.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Pilot in Command (PIC) in the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft during all phases of flight.
  • Conduct flight operations in accordance with FAA regulations, company policies, Aircraft Operating Manuals (AOM), Flight Operations Manuals (FOM), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist with flight planning, weather analysis, performance calculations, aircraft preparation, and post-flight duties.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and safety.
  • Assist with passenger briefings and help ensure a seamless travel experience.
  • Maintain effective Crew Resource Management (CRM) and sound aeronautical decision-making.

Citation XLS Pilot

Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based at:

New Castle Airport (KILG) – New Castle, Delaware

Candidates must be able to live within a two-hour driving distance of KILG.

Position Summary

flyADVANCED is seeking an experienced Citation XLS pilot to join our Part 135 flight operations team based in New Castle, Delaware.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional airmanship, professionalism, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering a first-class experience for every Owner and passenger. This position offers the opportunity to operate the Citation XLS while maintaining the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and customer service.

Applicants must have previous Citation XLS (CE-560XL) operating experience. Pilot-in-command or second-in-command responsibilities will be assigned based on company needs, qualifications, and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate the Citation XLS in accordance with FAA regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain strict adherence to the flyADVANCED Flight Operations Manual (FOM), Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and OEM checklists
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, weather analysis, and flight preparation
  • Provide a professional, safe, and welcoming experience for Owners and passengers
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety, operational discipline, and professionalism
  • Work effectively with fellow crewmembers to ensure efficient flight operations

Responsibilities

  • Generate new charter business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with charter clients, corporate flight departments, travel advisors, and aviation professionals.
  • Sell charter services across the flyADVANCED fleet based on customer needs and aircraft availability.
  • Work closely with our operations team to coordinate charter opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
