The KLNS maintenance team supports a general aviation operation focused on keeping aircraft safe, compliant, and mission-ready. Technicians work collaboratively with other maintenance personnel and operational teams to perform high-quality maintenance on customer and transient aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and approved technical data.

Key Responsibilities

Aircraft Technician – KOKV

As a Cirrus Authorized Service Center, our KOKV maintenance team focuses primarily on general aviation aircraft with reciprocating engines, with a significant emphasis on Cirrus Aircraft maintenance and support

This role is hands-on and maintenance-driven, ideal for technicians who enjoy GA work, owner-flown aircraft, and in-depth mechanical troubleshooting rather than heavy turbine or airline-style environments.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on customer-owned and transient general aviation aircraft, with the majority of work involving reciprocating engine platforms
  • Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer technical data
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, avionics, and systems discrepancies
  • Remove, install, rig, and operationally check aircraft components and systems as required
  • Accurately complete maintenance documentation, logbook entries, and work orders in compliance with FAA and company standards
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance outcomes

Qualifications / Skills

Aircraft Maintenance Technician KXLL

Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P)

About the Role

This position is part of the flyADVANCED maintenance team based at KXLL. While flyADVANCED operates separately from the flight school, this role exists primarily to support flyGATEWAY Flight School operations by maintaining a high-utilization general aviation training fleet.

The role is hands-on and maintenance-driven, ideal for technicians who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment focused on piston aircraft, preventative maintenance, and operational reliability rather than turbine or airline-style operations.

Our maintenance team plays a critical role in keeping the Piper P100 fleet safe, compliant, and mission-ready to support daily training operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Piper P100 training aircraft
  • Conduct 100-hour and annual inspections in accordance with FAA regulations
  • Troubleshoot and repair airframe, powerplant, and basic avionics discrepancies
  • Remove, install, rig, and operationally check aircraft components and systems as required
  • Accurately complete maintenance records, logbook entries, and work orders in compliance with FAA and company standards
  • Coordinate with flight school leadership to minimize aircraft downtime and maximize availability

flyADVANCED is seeking an experienced Pilatus PC-24 Second-in-Command to support our growing flight operation based at New Castle Airport (KILG) in New Castle, Delaware.

This position requires recent experience operating the Pilatus PC-24, including simulator-based training completed within the last 12 months.

Job Description & Responsibilities

Provide a superior air transportation experience while supporting an industry-leading safety record.

Represent the flight operation as a professional ambassador of flyADVANCED, ensuring both safe aircraft operation and exceptional passenger service.

Assist the Pilot in Command (PIC) in the safe operation of the aircraft during all phases of flight including taxi, takeoff, cruise, and landing in accordance with FAA regulations, OEM checklists, the flyADVANCED Flight Operations Manual (FOM), Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Support the PIC in conducting passenger briefings including itinerary review, weather updates, and safety information.

Provide concierge-level service to owners and passengers while maintaining a professional and safety-focused environment.

Assist in ensuring efficient and on-time departures through effective preparation and coordination.

Operate flights that may include pets and passengers who smoke.

Maintain situational awareness and readiness to assist the PIC during both normal and emergency operations.

Communicate maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the Maintenance Control Center (MCC) and assist with completing required maintenance documentation.

Maintain current knowledge of aircraft systems, company procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure continued professional competency.

flyADVANCED is seeking a Director, Charter Sales & Operations to lead and grow our charter operations, aircraft management, and charter sales efforts.

This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening client and aircraft owner relationships, overseeing day-to-day charter operations, and ensuring a consistently high level of service and operational performance across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on aviation leader with experience in Part 91 and Part 135 environments who can balance operational oversight with business development, aircraft management growth, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategic Oversight

• Lead and develop teams across Charter Operations, Charter Sales, and Aircraft Management
• Drive charter revenue growth and support expansion of the managed aircraft fleet
• Develop and execute short- and long-term operational and commercial strategies
• Improve coordination and communication between Operations, Sales, Maintenance, and Client Services
• Monitor and report on operational performance, profitability, client experience, and growth initiatives
