- The mechanic is responsible for supporting the safe, legal, and economical maintenance operation of company and customer aircraft to the highest standards.
- Reports to Director of Maintenance
- Coordinates with managers to ensure all aircraft are maintained in accordance with all required scheduled maintenance.
- Technicians work in a team environment with other technicians. Troubleshoot, repair, inspect and perform maintenance on owned and managed fleet, and customer and transient aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data Airworthiness Directives, Service Letters, Service Bulletins and FAA regulations.

Flight Operations Coordinator
Job Description/Responsibilities
- Flight Operations Coordinator serves as the central point of contact for interactions between aircraft clients/owners/client’s staff and flight crews, maintenance personnel and charter sales’ staff.
- Serve as the point of contact with both fully managed and charter managed accounts.
- Total flexibility is required. This position is nights, weekends and holidays.
- Arrange all handling for aircraft to include but not limited to all necessary permits (e.g charters, landing, airport slots), parking, fuel, hangar, securing additional insurance if required.
- Assist crew logistics including hotels, rental cars, airline tickets, etc.
- Arrange passenger services including ground transportation, catering, etc.
- Assist crew and passengers in securing appropriate visas for international travel, advise crew/clients of any health requirements such as required immunizations.
