Line Service Technician – Blue Bell, PA (KLOM)

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Promote flyADVANCEDs commitment to exemplary service and quality by the successful execution of the duties assigned.
  • The Line Service Technician is to greet, park, tow, move and marshal aircraft arriving or departing ramp area.
  • Provide pre-arrival, arrival, and departure assistance for flight departments and passengers visiting our FBO.
  • Provide shuttle service for passengers/crew as required.
  • Provide coffee and water service as requested.
  • Fuel aircraft as requested.
  • Assist passengers and/or crew with baggage/cargo as needed.
  • Assist with general cleaning and cleaning of debris from ramp, building and customer areas.
  • Assist with wing-walking duties as required
  • Operate radios for advisory and non-flight services.
  • Comply with company policies related to customer service standards and airfield procedures including safety and security.
  • Assist with customer service duties as required. Accurately process and record all credit card, check, and cash sales/purchases, which include issuing a receipt.
  • Assist with general cleaning and cleaning of debris and snow removal from ramp, building and customer areas.

Aircraft Technician KLNS

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Technicians work in a team with other technicians to ensure a safe and legal environment for passengers and colleagues in fulfillment of the air transportation services. Troubleshoot, repair, inspect and perform maintenance on customer and transient aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data and FAA regulations.
  • Ensure that all work during assigned shift is accomplished and in accordance with the manufacture recommendations.
  • Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical data, CFSs, and applicable safety regulations.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Possesses a violation-free current Airframe and Power Plant certificate;
  • Possesses a personal set of tools appropriate to the type of aircraft operated by the department;
  • Positive can do team attitude, great communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, interpersonal skills;
  • Great situational awareness, job planning and scheduling;
  • Working knowledge of MS office computer software;
  • Read and understand manufacture’s documentation;
  • Excellent avionics and electrical knowledge, reading and understanding schematic and wiring diagrams;

Aircraft Technician KLOM

Job Description

Technicians work in a team environment with other technicians, pilots, dispatchers, flight attendants, and line service in order to ensure a safe and legal environment for passengers and colleagues in fulfillment of the air transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer and transient aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data and FAA regulations.

Requirements

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent air transportation experience with an industry-leading safety record.
  • Represent the flight operation as the face of the company, ensuring both technical accuracy and exceptional passenger service.
  • Perform safe aircraft operations including taxi, takeoff, and landing per FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, FOM/AOM, and SOPs.
  • Greet and brief owners/passengers on itinerary, weather, and safety updates.
  • Brief the Second-in-Command on normal and emergency procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge to enhance pilot competency and professionalism.
  • Ensure on-time departures.
  • Handle flights involving pets and passengers who smoke.
  • Act as final authority over aircraft operations and compliance.
  • Provide concierge-level service throughout the trip.
  • Communicate maintenance issues promptly to Maintenance Control Center (MCC).
  • Complete required maintenance paperwork.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

  • PC-24 simulator-based training completed within the last 12 months
  • Second Class Medical Certificate
  • Minimum age: 21
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test

Education & Experience

  • 3-5 years of aviation experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum Flight Time Requirements (PIC – PC-24)

  • 2,000 hours total time
  • 500 hours multi-engine time
  • 500 hours jet time
  • 100 hours in PC-24

Aircraft Maintenance Technician – KXLL (Allentown, PA)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on flight school aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer maintenance manuals.
  • Execute both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure all work performed is documented properly and in compliance with FAA standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with instructors, dispatchers, and maintenance leadership regarding aircraft status.
  • Support additional maintenance activities as needed to ensure fleet readiness.

Requirements

  • Current, violation-free Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate (required).
  • Minimum 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience preferred; general aviation experience strongly desired.
  • Ability to perform and sign off own work without direct supervision.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and familiarity with piston-engine aircraft.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting aircraft technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
  • Must provide personal tools suitable for general aviation maintenance work.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying weather conditions.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts as required by maintenance schedules.
