  • The Pilot is responsible for providing a superior air transportation experience with a continued safety record second to none on each flight.   • Technicians work in a team with other technicians to ensure a safe and legal environment for passengers and colleagues in fulfillment of the air transportation services. Troubleshoot, repair, inspect and perform maintenance on customer and transient aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data and FAA regulations.

Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic with Inspection Authorization – Lancaster/Lititz, PA (KLNS)

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • The mechanic is responsible for supporting the safe, legal, and economical maintenance operation of company and customer aircraft to the highest standards.
  • Reports to Director of Maintenance
  • Coordinates with managers to ensure all aircraft are maintained in accordance with all required scheduled maintenance.
  • Technicians work in a team environment with other technicians. Troubleshoot, repair, inspect and perform maintenance on owned and managed fleet, and customer and transient aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data Airworthiness Directives, Service Letters, Service Bulletins and FAA regulations.
  • Ensures that manufacturer maintenance programs are followed in inspecting and repairing all aircraft, including completion of all applicable checklists for the completion of scheduled maintenance.
  • Provide documentation of discrepancies, work performed, labor hours and parts utilized to office staff to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Research and order parts to maintain appropriate inventory of consumable parts. Maintain inventory of parts on hand.
  • Stays up to date on regulatory and industry developments as they pertain to aircraft maintenance and avionics techniques.

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Promote flyADVANCEDs commitment to exemplary service and quality by the successful execution of the duties assigned.
  • The Line Service Technician is to greet, park, tow, move and marshal aircraft arriving or departing ramp area.
  • Provide pre-arrival, arrival, and departure assistance for flight departments and passengers visiting our FBO.
  • Provide shuttle service for passengers/crew as required.
  • Provide coffee and water service as requested.
  • Fuel aircraft as requested.
  • Assist passengers and/or crew with baggage/cargo as needed.

The Pilot is the face of flyADVANCED providing not only technically accurate and safe transportation but also providing an exceptional service experience for every flyADVANCED Owner and passenger. The Pilot is expected to effectively wear many hats resulting in a concierge service level experience with roles ranging from professional aviator to in-flight service provider. The Pilot is in full command of the aircraft at all times and must always maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft from taxi, take-off, and landing of each flight per FAA guidelines, Original Equipment Manufacture’s (OEM) Checklists, flyADVANCED Flight Operations Manual (FOM) or Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and Standard Operating Practices (SOP’s). Greets Owners/passengers pre-flight, makes introductions and briefs them on the specific flight/trip and verifies itinerary/provides passengers with weather updates and safety briefings and explains any changes to itinerary.

Marketing Coordinator -Full-Time – New Castle, DE/Remote

Responsibilities include:

  •  Participates in marketing strategy development across all lines of business and manages the tactical execution of the marketing plan.
  •  Manages social media profiles: Creates ideas for posts & videos, records & edits videos, creates a content calendar, uploads and schedules all posts and responds to comments across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and X as appropriate.
  •  Manages HubSpot CRM system: Acts as Super Admin, creates and programs email campaigns, lists, workflows and forms.

Flight Operations Coordinator

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Flight Operations Coordinator serves as the central point of contact for interactions between aircraft clients/owners/client’s staff and flight crews, maintenance personnel and charter sales’ staff.
  • Serve as the point of contact with both fully managed and charter managed accounts.
  • Total flexibility is required. This position is nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Arrange all handling for aircraft to include but not limited to all necessary permits (e.g charters, landing, airport slots), parking, fuel, hangar, securing additional insurance if required.
  • Assist crew logistics including hotels, rental cars, airline tickets, etc.
  • Arrange passenger services including ground transportation, catering, etc.
  • Assist crew and passengers in securing appropriate visas for international travel, advise crew/clients of any health requirements such as required immunizations.
  • Effectively and accurately communicate all aircraft schedule information to client, client’s staff, and/or flight crews, maintenance personnel and charter staff.
  • Monitor flight crew duty time limitations and currency requirements to ensure compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and General Operations Manual standards.
  • Obtain applicable fuel releases for all managed aircraft.
  • Maintain and facilitate communications in a constantly changing environment.

Operations Director

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the flight school’s goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the flight school’s operational team, including flight instructors, ground instructors, and administrative staff. Oversee day-to-day operations, including the flight schedule, aircraft maintenance, and instructor assignments.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain a high-performing team capable of delivering exceptional service and instruction.
  • Oversee Admissions and Operations department; supervises staff, providing ongoing training and ensuring the highest quality customer service to our clients.
  • Monitor and enhance the student experience throughout their training journey, from enrollment to certification, by implementing effective processes and procedures. Ensure high-quality customer service and student satisfaction. Address student concerns and feedback promptly.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, aviation industry stakeholders, and the broader community.
