Line Service Technician – Blue Bell, PA (KLOM)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote flyADVANCEDs commitment to exemplary service and quality by the successful execution of the duties assigned.
  • The first priority of a Line Service Technician is to greet, park, tow, move and marshal aircraft arriving or departing ramp area.
  • Provide pre-arrival, arrival, and departure assistance for flight departments and passengers visiting our FBO.
  • Provide shuttle service for passengers/crew as required.
  • Provide coffee and water service as requested.
  • Fuel aircraft as requested.
  • Assist passengers and/or crew with baggage/cargo as needed.
  • Assist with general cleaning and cleaning of debris from ramp, building and customer areas.
  • Assist with wing-walking duties as required
  • Operate radios for advisory and non-flight services.
  • Comply with company policies related to customer service standards and airfield procedures including safety and security.
  • Assist with customer service duties as required. Accurately process and record all credit card, check, and cash sales/purchases, which include issuing a receipt.
  • Assist with general cleaning and cleaning of debris and snow removal from ramp, building and customer areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  1. Must possess strong interpersonal and verbal skills.
  2. Must be courteous and conscience of client needs.
  3. Must be able to work in various weather conditions; such as snow, sleet, rain and hot/cold temperatures.
  4. Must have a valid state issued drivers license.
  5. Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  6. Excellent communication skills, with customer-friendly attitude.
  7. Previous experience highly preferred.
  8. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
